We take great care in ensuring that our products are of the highest quality and packaged with utmost care before they are shipped to you. As such, we do not allow returns, refunds or exchanges on any of our products.
For Domestic/ International orders, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, in case of a damaged product received by the customer, we will initiate a refund after proper validation of unboxing video. Customer should submit proper unboxing video.
If you receive a product that is tampered with or in a damaged condition, we will exchange the product for you. Please note that our customer service team is available from Monday to Saturday between 10 am and 7 pm, except on public holidays.
If you decide to cancel your order, you may do so until the order is dispatched from our warehouse. To initiate the cancellation process kindly contact our customer service team. Order Cancellation will not be entertained once the order is shipped.
